The roommate is laid-back, responsible, clean and respectful female. She is a grad student and also works part-time. She is hoping to find a female roommate of like-mind. The apartment comes completely furnished, with the bedroom having the option to come furnished (mattress, storage cube unit, curtains) for no additional cost.

A small pet will be considered with an additional deposit of $250. This deposit is also negotiable as well.
