N Park Slope Bdrms for 4/1

Hi there!

Looking for roommates for our spacious 4-bedroom apartment in trendy North Park Slope. You would ideally be signing a lease for 4/1, but start date could be negotiable.

Our apartment is 5 blocks south of Barclays Center and a quick walk to 2/3/4/5/D/N/Q/R/G trains. We're centrally located, with access to just about everything: just a block from Key Foods, laundromat, close walking distance to various gyms, a plethora of restaurants/bars, Atlantic Terminal (Target, Sephora, etc), and Prospect Park is a mere 10-15 min walk away. 2 Citibike stations a block away. Around the corner from 5th Avenue, which has been suggested as one of the 5 best heated out-door dining restaurant streets in NYC during COVID times.

AMENITIES:
-The apartment includes a shared large living room and dining area and full kitchen. Will be redecorating and open to new furnishings or decor. The new roommate will need chip in around $20/month for internet, ~$100/month for utilities and additional for common supplies for shared spaces.

BEDROOM 1: $1460 - 10'5 x 15'10, huge studio sized room that can include a living room space or office. Closet has built-in organizers to stack and hang clothes.

BEDROOM 3: $1550 - 10.5' x 12', includes private bathroom with shower, access to private spacious patio (even larger than the bedroom), and a large closet right outside the bedroom door (which increases size of your room).

ABOUT YOU: Looking for someone who's considerate, financially stable, and responsibly pays rent/bills on time. You're a good communicator who takes initiative to get things done/solve problems, while respecting the other roommates. Seeking for roommates to have a relaxing and friendly home, who makes the effort to clean up after yourself, and are eager and willing to chip in to help clean the apartment.

ABOUT US: We're two women, one who works from home and another who works from the office. We enjoy hiking, cooking and sharing delicious foods, movies, exploring and fun workouts.
