Sweet and Cozy Room

Cozy bedroom full of natural light available in Park Slope. You would share the apartment with me and my two roommates full-time, and then my 3 kiddos (ages 12, 9, and 7) live with us Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights. There is a washer/dryer in the basement of the building. The shared spaces of the apartment include a full bathroom, full kitchen, and a fully furnished living room. We live in the heart of Park Slope, surrounded by many shops and restaurants, right on the F/G lines, 5 blocks from the R line, and only 2 blocks away from Prospect Park. We are looking for someone neat and tidy, LGBTQ+ friendly, and kid-friendly. We are a warm and loving household and like to socialize with one another but we also respect your quiet time. Room is $940/month. Viewings are available immediately, and move-in date is October 1st. We look forward to hearing from you!
