Adorable brick-exposed room in Park Slope

Hi everyone!

We have a room available in our 3BR Park Slope/Gowanus apartment. I have lived here for more than a year and it is an amazing location and a great home. It is available beginning July 1 for a (preferably female-identifying) new roommate.

You would be living with me (works M - F, 10 - 6) and Dana (works for a dog rescue and dog sits, usually gone nights). We're both in our late twenties, clean, and quiet.

The room measures 12.8ft x 8.10ft and has two windows so it?s light and airy. It has a good size closet, central AC and Heating and exposed brick work. There is also a ???? in the apartment but she mainly stays in my room (unless you?re cooking chicken).

The apartment has central heating and AC in all rooms, a bath, overhead shower, TV, open plan living room and kitchen, washer and dryer in basement, access to rooftop, dishwasher. It?s a secure building in a very safe area.

Very good location on the R train, Union St subway is at the end of the block and Whole Foods, Blink Gym, Prospect Park and Target are all near by.
