Large Bedroom in Park Slope available June 1!

Hey! I have a room open in my awesome apartment starting June 1. See below for info and shoot me a message if you?re interested.

Apartment:
The apartment is a super sunny, 2 bed/1 bath, fully-furnished (besides open bedroom), top-floor apartment. If you want to bring items of your own for the common areas, I am open to discussing. Amenities include a large living room and kitchen, central heat/AC, dishwasher, wood-burning fireplace, and roof access.

Available Room:
The bedroom for rent is roughly 10?x10? with a large closet and window that has a fantastic view of downtown Manhattan. Note the photos are of my room, but the other room is basically identical. The room with be available month-to-month starting June 1st, and I would prefer someone who can stay 6 months+.

Me:
I consider myself a respectful, considerate, and clean roommate and am hoping to find someone who is the same. I work regular hours (8AM-5PM) and prefer you have a similar schedule. On weeknights I?ll typically take it easy at home or go out to dinner/trivia with my friends, and on weekends I?ll be out and about in the city. I have one young cat who is very sweet, and other animals are okay on approval.
