We?re looking for a 3rd roommate in our 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment starting August 1st to go month to month - we?ve been here 2 years and would hate to lose this place!
We?re 2 recent graduates (1 girl 1 guy) working in theatre, looking for a very clean, easygoing and responsible roommate! lgbt+ friendly
-$850/month with a $850 security deposit
-amazing location in north park slope
-medium sized room, can fit a queen bed/dresser/shelf and more
-5 min walk to Barclays, 2/3/B/D/4/5/N/Q/R/G/C trains all nearby
-10/15 min walk to prospect park
-we have a really sweet kitten, but aren?t looking to have another pet right now!
-laundromat and grocery store less than a block away, entire block filled with bars and restaurants
Guarantors accepted, looking for someone reliable to sign onto the lease on a month to month basis ASAP!
Pics of the room/living room/partial kitchen below (brand new oven not pictured) and you?d also get a closet in the hallway.
