1 Room Available in 2 Bedroom Apartment

Looking for a roommate for this great 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Park Slope.

Neighborhood: Trains nearby include R, F and G with Barclays/Atlantic Center one stop away off the R where you can grab 2,3,4, B, D, N and Q. So many good restaurants in Park Slope including Calexico and Two Boots right down the street! Many coffee shops and cute stores including the infamous Annie's Blue Ribbon. 15 min walk to Barclays, 15 min walk to Prospect Park. 8 Min walk to Whole Foods and a Key Foods. Laundry is 1 block away and it's super affordable ( $1 a lb).

The Apartment: The inside of the apartment is fully furnished, minus your future room. The apartment is a mix of anthropologie, west elm and world market. It's super cozy and homey with some great features such as extra storage, high ceilings and a great amount of light! :)

Your future room: The room is a great size with two huge windows. Previous tenant had a desk, two dressers, a nightstand and a full bed. My room is pretty much the same size and I have a queen bed and everything fits just fine. There's also a closet and an above storage compartment.

About me: I work as an Executive Assistant for a CEO. I work a lot and in quarantine, that's still the case. While I am not an essential employee, I am considered a part of leadership and will be going back into the office in August. Once back in the office, I am out of the apartment by 7:30 am and do not get back before 8:00 pm. I also very much like to chill out and hang out. We don't need to be best friends but maybe to watch a show together now and then. I ask that you're nice and respectful as well as clean. I don't like dishes in the sink for more than a day and clean the apartment every few days.

To move in: First Month and Security. One year lease to co-sign with me. Our landlord is so prompt and legit the nicest person. If you need some flexibility, we can chat :) Also, note pets are allowed with a security deposit. I have been looking into adopting a dog but have not gotten anywhere given the demand. It's something we can also chat about.
