Furnished, spacious room in Park Slope for 1 female, on a quiet street (2nd fl). Shared (full) kitchen, living/ dining room, and bath with one female roommate. Window AC unit and desk/work space. There will be cleared space for some clothing, kitchen, and bathroom storage. Only one roommate is often gone for work so you will have lots of quiet time. No hosting other guests etc due to Covid. Close to F, G, &R trains, 3 blocks from prospect park and lots of cute local restaurants around if you're interested in outdoor dining. Laundry at the end of the block. Electric, gas (for stove) and internet not included as these vary every month- can also negotiate to include these in the cost of the sublet.
