Bedroom in a 2BR in Park Slope on 5th Ave

The location of this apartment is on 5th Ave in Park Slope, between 4th and 5th St, so you're a stone's throw away from great restaurants and bars!

THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is a renovated 2 bedroom/1 bathroom. The kitchen and living room are open-plan with a big island, which has been great for cooking, eating, and entertaining. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment.

The bedroom is unfurnished. The living room is furnished, but open to any decorations and can discuss any furniture you'd like to bring as well!

THE BEDROOM:
Your bedroom fits a full size bed plus a dresser and a desk. (I promise the bed pictured is a full but looks smaller because of the 6! FOOT! stuffed whale sitting on top of it). The roommate who is moving out didn't have a dresser in the bedroom, but the previous roommate did. There is also a big closet in the living room that will be solely for your use.

THE ROOMMATE:
Your roommate would be a PhD candidate in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, working full time in Marketing and completing her dissertation. She is super laid back, cleans the entire apartment weekly(!) and is very easy to live with. She has been living in this apartment for over 3 years.

COST:
You will be paying $1,200 a month for rent, plus electric (typically ~$45 per person per month, but of course this varies).

*You will pay on a month-to-month basis and provide at least one month's notice if you would like to move out.*

GUESTS:
In general, guests are welcome! However, due to COVID, unfortunately you would need to limit guests. Must be okay with tenant's girlfriend (who is being careful) staying over a couple of nights a week.

OTHER INFO:
The apartment is on the 4th floor in a walk-up building.
