Seeking a subletter for my Park Slope room! Optional start Mid-december for a negotiable low price, or Jan 1st 2021, preferably through October 1st 2021, (10 months) with option to stay on/take over lease!
(Moving out for job opportunity out of town.)

Apartment has beautiful vintage details of the old building; high ceilings, with recently renovated large kitchen, bathroom, and living room with crown molding and hardwood floors. Garden view from all windows. It's been delightful to wake up in the morning & hear the birds chirping outside my window! :) My room can be furnished or un-furnished.

Moved in 2 months ago, my furniture & mattress is brand new. Freshly painted my walls. Bedroom is cozy, the smaller of the 2 bedrooms, no closet in room, but agreement with roomie is that the large hall closet and empty dresser is yours to fill! I also had plenty of room for my clothes and extra sheets in the roll-out drawers I put under my bedframe, as well as the nightstand drawers, bookshelf, & desk.

I've LOVED this neighborhood. It's in the heart of pretty, chill, charming Park Slope. Prospect Park is a short walk away. Delicious coffee shops, restaurants, takeout, & grocery stores, laundromats, laundry drop-off, hardware stores, salons, & shops all around.

Roommate is a 27 yr old female who works for a non-profit, lately working from home due to Covid. Very neat, tidy, clean, smart, nice, responsible & Covid-safety conscious. She would appreciate someone who is being safe and not out in bars, crowds, traveling, etc. until there's a Covid vaccine.
