I'm looking for a 3rd roommate in our spacious apartment in the heart of Park Slope. I'd love to hear from you!
About the space...
Our apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, plus a sizable kitchen and living room. We are also lucky enough to have a separate and spacious storage closet. We keep things clean around the house and hope that you will too :-). My roommate and I are in our 20s and young 30s enjoying our busy lives in the city and taking COVID protocols seriously.
The bedroom available is around 11' x 13', with two tall windows and a built-in closet. You can easily fit a full-size or queen-size bed as well as a desk, dresser, and other furniture comfortably.
About the location....
Our apartment is just a few blocks from the beautiful Prospect Park and within 8-15 mins' walk to B, Q, F, G, and 1, 2, 3 trains. Atlantic Ave/Barclays is about 25-min walk or a 10-min bus ride away.
Other logistics...
Rent (including heat and hot water) for March and April is $1000. Rent for May/June/July is $1100. These numbers are the results of negotiating with our landlord. The current lease expires on July 31st, 2021, and I am not sure about what they will ask for the lease is renewed in August. Happy to chat more about what they've charged in the past when we talk in person.
When the lease ends, you may take over the lease and stay if you wish.
