About the apartment:
Move in Date: sometime between Sept or Oct 1st / I’m flexible
Rent: $1250 & we split the cost of wifi
Size: 850 sq ft / 2 bedroom 1 bathroom
*This is a 4th floor walk up
Washer & dryer in the building
There's also bike storage
* *my previous roommate painted a wall & added the extra lights, you're more than welcome to change or keep
About me:
I work from home 2/3 days a week. I enjoy cooking & trying new recipes & love having friends over for an occasional game night & dinner ...this has slowed down a lot because of the pandemic :( I enjoy a nice balance of excitement & quiet time in my bubble. I try to keep the common areas as tidy as possible & I'm looking for someone who would too.
