We are looking for a roommate to fill in our 3br/1bath apartment starting September 1st. Our current roommate is not returning as she got a new job elsewhere, but we've all loved the apartment.

We have a small dog named lily who is very sweet and loves to cuddle.

If you need the room furnished, our old roommate would be willing to sell her bed/mattress/nightstand at a discount

LOCATION
On Bergen Street in most convenient part of Park Slope, over the 2/3 and 5 min walk from the Atlantic Ave / Barclays Center station with every other train and Target, Best Buy, Apple etc. Walking distance from Whole Foods/Key Foods/Union Market, Park Slope Co-op(!!!), as well as Orange Theory/SoulCycle/Y7/Brooklyn Running/Crunch. Also right next to 5th Ave and close to Vanderbilt, both of which have lots of great restaurants/bars and shops. Easy 10 min walk to Prospect Park and cool breweries in Gowanus.

ROOM
The room is very sunny, faces a quiet/tree-lined street and fits a queen bed. It has two closets.

AMENITIES
We were the first people to live in the apartment (moved in two years ago) so all the appliances are close to brand new. We have an in-unit washer/dryer and AC and heat controlled on an individual room basis - super nice. There is an open concept kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher, bar stool counter to large living room with lots of natural light. Street parking is almost always available.
