Looking for Roommate- Flexible move in date

Looking to fill one bedroom, in a 2 bed, 1 bath in Park Slope. 3 blocks from the R, G, F subway lines and a 15 min walk to Prospect Park, 30 min walk to Barclays/Atlantic Avenue. Large Bedroom: 13x13, share living room, kitchen, bathroom. Washer/dryer in the building

I am moving out and can be flexible on when (Nov 15-Jan). Bedroom fits queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, desk and more. The dog in the pictures is mine, so he is coming with me. He is hypoallergenic, so anyone moving in with allergies will not have a problem with lingering dog hair.

My roommate, a 26 y/o professional is staying. She works in an office M-F, is vaccinated and careful. She is happy to give you your own space when needed, but also fun to hang out with.

Please note you will need a sign a lease with the landlord through July.
