Looking for a Roommate as of 10/01

Room won't be available until October/November 1st. I would perfer a female but if there's a chill vibe I'll consider changing my mind. About me I'm 34 year old train conductor looking for a roomie. I'm very clean and chill roomie. I work PM shift, and on weekends, I'm only home during the mornings. Free time, i may be home but mostly out and about.

The room is 17 x 7, 119, 120 square feet and comes with a closet. And I provide the 2 small dressers that are in the pictures if needed. The apartment is right near Barclay's Center and close to the city. There's a ton of restaurants/bars in the area. Close to any need of transportation. It's myself, my son (dog) Nugget, who's a 12 year old super friendly and loving shi-tzu, and I get my 3 year old son at the end of the week/weekends.
