This is great room for summer nyc stay
It’s one block away from the prospect park and F train line, about 5 blocks away from R line and 10 blocks away from Q/B line in the charming park slope area. It’s a super safe area close to the school.
The room is furnished
I would consider a professional Female roommate
I would be traveling in whole July and the place would be just for you.
But I would prefer someone who has a busy schedule so we do not annoy each other much lol
Pls no pets
To move in one month rent and one month security
