Large sunny garden facing room in 1869 brownstone

Hello what I have here today is a second floor garden facing rental room with a large outdoor deck over looking the fine garden. No street noise. The room is the original library for the house and some of the books in it are original to the house. There is a marble fireplace, desk, full size captains bed, some antique furniture , and two closets. One closet has it's own sink and medicine cabinet built in. The deck is just right out the window. The room faces south so the room and the deck get a lot of sun all day. w/w carpet with large real persian rug on it, not a reproduction. On the first floor there is a great shared kitchen with all the toys. Room has private fridge though so there is no food mix up. The location is in the safest and best area of Brooklyn. Park Slope/Prospect heights borderline. w/d. Private steel storage bin hidden in the yard with a real lock on it for further storage. I can also fit a few boxes in the basement. On the first floor also has a sunroom with a great stereo system. The yard is a jewel with a statue, fountain, mexican tile walkways , bbq, and outdoor stereo. No drugs, No record of any kind, No big parties. We are just looking for a nice trustable person who is gainfully employed and has a good personality.
We live good here and also Prospect Park is 5 min away which is like being in the rural area with trees, lakes, and fields. Thank You
