Bedroom Available in Prospect Heights Nov 5th

Hey everyone, we have one room available in our amazing apartment and are looking for someone to move in November 15th! I'm really sad to be leaving as the space and neighborhood are great, but I will be moving in with my boyfriend. The room can easily fit a king-size bed, has a huge double-door closet with built-in shelving, as well as room for a table/desk, TV stand, shelves, etc.

The apartment itself is 3 bedrooms with a living room, bathroom, and eat-in kitchen. The place was renovated only about a year ago and has a washer/dryer in unit (!), dishwasher, stove, built-in microwave, bathroom with an exhaust, etc. The living room has exposed brick, the apartment has high ceilings throughout, and it is also one block away from the Grand Army Plaza subway stop for 2/3 lines and three blocks away from the B/Q at 7th ave.

As for my roommates, one is 27 and works in healthcare tech. She travels a lot of the time for her job and works from home the other half of the time. My second roommate is from the UK, 30, and works at an art studio in Soho as a graphic designer. He also likes making homemade chili sauces. Both are very laid back, have a good sense of humor, and appreciate someone who is going to take care of the space as much as they do.

We're looking for someone in their late twenties who is responsible, kind, considerate, and with a stable occupation. We have no gender preference, but do want someone who plans to stay for at least 6 months. You would essentially be a subletter and will have the option to renew the lease and sign on for another year next May.
