Looking for a long term roomate

I have a room for rent in my 2 bedroom apartment it is a bit dated not as modern as the apartments apartment buildings in the neighborhood but it is rent controlled which means your rent won't go up as long as you pay on time

As far as me I am very quiet I am often at work and when I'm not at work I am home just relaxing I dont have partys home i rarely have anyone over and its just I who i lives here

So if you're looking for a quiet place to live and you can see yourself compatible to this that'd be perfect.
