The rent is technically $1325 with a one-month security deposit that would be returned in full. However, we are **open to negotiation** because our biggest priority is finding someone normal and cool, so don't hesitate to make an offer.
The roommates:
- Dan (me), 27-year-old data scientist also finishing last semester of grad school (remotely)
- Hannah, 25-year-old second-year med student
