Good sized room avaible in Prospect Heights!

One room in a four-bedroom apartment located on the Prospect/Crown Heights border. Roommates will be asked to sign a one-year lease. There's enough room in the bedroom to fit a full bed, dresser, bookshelf and side table. The room has good natural lighting and a decent sized closet as well. There is laundry in the basement, which is coin-operated or you can pay with an app. The basement also has ample bike storage space. You'd be living with two guys in their late 20s/early 30s and one cat. One of us is a freelance musician and the other is a reporter. We both are pretty chill, like to hang out and cook, watch good shows, and will occasionally take the Nintendo 64 out for a spin. We have reliable wifi and central air and heat.

The building has backyard access (we're on 2nd floor) and roof access. The neighborhood is stocked with plenty of good bars and restaurants. We're very close to the park and Brooklyn Museum and are walking distance from 2,3,4,5, Q, B, and C trains.

Looking for a considerate, clean, communicative and friendly roommate. No restrictions on who you are or what you do with the exception of no couples please. The building will require all roommates to apply ($20 fee), and show proof of income and employment status. Guarantors are welcome. One month and deposit are due at signing.
