I'm looking for a female roommate (22- 33) to share this gorgeous 2 br 2ba apartment with me, beginning Nov 1st. The bedrooms are separated from each other by the living room and there is a balcony! These are full bathrooms with tubs and ample closet space. There is a dishwasher and the appliances are engery star! There is also a video buzz in system. This is a new building with a furnished rootfop, in unit laundry (about 15+ machines), doorman, elevators and more! 4 mins walk to the S subway station (which can take you to the C, B, D) and 10 mins walk to Franklin (Brooklyn's museum subway 2,3,4,5). You will be in downtown manhattan in 25 mins! Additionally, this is a rent stablized building. There is a nice gym, package room, private storage room, live in super, lounge area with pool table and TV. This apartment is on the 7th floor of the building (out of 8 floors). It's 3 mins away from a citi bike and it has an organic grocery store across the street. This apartment is in a great location as well and is surrounded by bars and diverse restuarants.

A bit about me, I am a Nigerian woman in my mid 20s and I work in tech. I rarely have people over (except my boyfriend) and I'm pretty easy going. I also have a lot of furniture, so you do not have to worry about the living room (tv, couch, rug, lamp)
