I am looking for some awesome folks to share a beautiful, pre-war apartment with me in Prospect Heights. Due to COVID-19, I would like to FaceTime with anyone who is interested before scheduling an in person tour - I am also happy to provide videos upon request!
About the space:
The first room (13 x 11) - large enough to fit a queen bed, dresser, and desk - $1100/per month.
The second room can fit a dresser and a full size bed - $1000/per month.
The apartment is extremely quiet - there is only one unit per floor with four units total - a true sanctuary. This space also has a huge living room with tons of natural light. The kitchen has granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space, and a gas stove (if that's important to you). The apartment is located a short 10 minute walk from Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum. You will also be close to many fun restaurants and bars on Franklin and Washington Avenue. Plus, you will be surrounded by many transit lines - Q, B,2,3,4,5.
I am open to both male and female roommates, I just ask that everyone in the home is committed to keeping a clean and positive environment.
A little bit about me:
I grew up in Los Angeles, spent the previous 7 years in San Francisco, and now I've been in New York since last summer. I am a real estate/hospitality finance associate who works in Manhattan. I spend most of my time at work. But, when I am not at work I like to explore new restaurants and bars, spend time at the park, attend concerts, and explore museums. I am also into yoga, running and cooking.
