Two rooms opening up in my three bedroom ground floor apartment. Great spot in Prospect Heights, close to so much on Fulton / Vanderbilt / Washington Ave. 10 min walk to Brooklyn Library and Prospect Park. Less than 5 min walk to the C train. 10 min walk to Clinton G. In the other direction, about a 12 min walk to the Q at 7th Ave.

The apartment is a duplex; with one roomate living in the entire basement floor. The available bedrooms are upstairs. Comfortably fit a queen bed, dresser, and desk and has a closet with plenty of storage space. It gets great natural light and has exposed brick walls. Dishwasher. Heat controlled w/ a thermostat in the apt. Laundry in building.

Looking for someone who is respectful, (reasonably) clean, communicative, and generally easy to live with.
Respect for the recommended social distancing and hygienic measures.

The other roommate is in their mid-20’s and is working from home due to the pandemic.

You'd initially be subletting under my lease until the end of March of this year, at $1,000 per month + gas/electric/internet. After this initial period, you can apply to sign a lease of your own for a longer period of time if desired.
You'll need to provide employment verification, bank statements, credit score, and a copy of ID to be considered.
