THE BIG ROOM WITH THE SUN. 11 x 13 FEET. IN THIS 2-BR. APT. OF A NEWLY RENOVATED CONDOMINIUM BUILDING WITH LAUNDRY ROOM. ALL NEXT TO PROSPECT PARK & PARKSIDE AVE. Q TRAIN STOP .
All rooms have high ceilings, no ACs, and are furnished. Lots of light. The apt. is a colorful, cozy creative factory. It's a 20 min. subway ride into Manhattan 14th Street Union Square. Or 25 min. to 34th Street Harald Square. In the same time one gets also to Coney Island and Brighten Beach. 2, 5, B, S trains are within 10 min. walking distance from home. The building has accessible rooftop with trees. You can almost touch the moon from up there. Groceries, more laundry places, stores, restaurants, hospital, and Brooklyn's green spot paradise, Prospect Park, and the Q train Parkside Avenue stop are a minute walk away, literally.

I speak 6 languages fluent and run business from the office in the living room (not imaged), inter alia, as writer & filmmaker. It's a very friendly, productive live-work-environment. That's why our home is always and at all times clean and neat. We are always punctual with rent payments. Due on the 26th of each month. For me living together is personal and represents the start of a new friendship. Therefore: I want to find somebody like-minded and possibly long-term. I ride my bicycle everywhere 365 days a year in high heels.

Your part of the monthly rent is $1150. Utilities (wi-fi, electricity, gas, cleaning service in general areas & all floors) all included! First month rent and one month security requested to move in.
