Room available immediately

I'm looking for a roommate in the 2 BR apartment in Crown Heights/Prospect-Lefferts that I've been renting. The room is available ASAP. The room is 8 by 12 feet, with windows facing the street. The room is unfurnished. Hardwood floors in the entire apartment. Shared kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is on the second floor, there is only one other apartment in this building. The apartment is close to all kinds of amenities literally all within a block- laundromat, dry cleaners, fish market, meat store, bodegas, supermarket etc. Just a block away from the Sterling St stop of the 2 train that takes you to downtown Manhattan in 20 minutes. The beautiful Prospect Park is just a 10 minute walk away. I'm self-employed, these days mostly from home due to the pandemic. I usually keep to myself but I don't mind hanging out with roommates, I still do it with some of the former ones! You can share my kitchen equipment and watch movies on my projector in the living room! I'm vegetarian but I don't care what you keep in the fridge. The landlady signs the lease with both of the tenants' names on it. Please no couples, and I'm interested in somebody staying here for a bit longer, preferably a year, just so I don't have to do another search in a few months again.
