I have 1 room for rent in a recently built, 1 year old building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. I'm relocating which is why I'm looking to sublease. It would be a 2 month sublease starting August 1st with the option to resign. It's a 3 bedroom apartment and my room is large enough to fit a queen sized bed and a desk.

Must Need: Income 40x rent + 680 credit score

Roommates:

Both are in their mid 20s. 1 works at the hospital a few blocks away and the other works in account management. Both are very clean, respectable and easy to get a long with. They don't bring the party home and we generally keep to ourselves.
