I have a room available in the historic district of Prospect Lefferts Gardens for Nov. 1. It is in a lovely, sunny two-bedroom apartment with hardwood floors. The apartment is one block from Prospect Park and the B/Q and a fifteen minute walk from the 2/5. There is a laundromat right across the street and a plethora of cafes and restaurants in the area. The rent is $1200/month + utilities (usually about $80/month per person, which includes internet, gas, and electricity). First month's rent and $1000 security deposit required upon move-in.

I am a Theatre PhD student, I work mostly from home, and I am looking for a quiet, clean, dog-lover for a roommate (I have a small dog - she is delightful). Please let me know if this sounds like a good match and you would like to set up a time to see the apartment!
