I am looking for a roommate from February 1 to April 30. Also open to short-term rentals starting ASAP ($275/week, bills included). The lease is up for renewal at the end of April, so staying longer may be possible but cannot be guaranteed. Move in is flexible.

The apartment has a freshly remodeled kitchen, bathroom with a lovely deep tub, original parquet floors, amazing lighting (windows on three sides!) and a huge living room. The building has laundry in the basement, an elevator, a helpful super, and a secured entry. Furnished with beds, dressers, desks, couch, dining table and chairs, bookshelves etc. 7-minute walk to B/Q. 12-minute walk to 2/5.

Walking distance to Downstate and Kings' County hospitals. Prime spot for anyone transitioning into the neighborhood--or just anyone visiting New York wanting to enjoy all Brooklyn has to offer!

$1100 per month covers rent, heat, and hot water. Other bills such as internet, cooking gas, and power come to about $60 per month.

Building is wheelchair accessible with ramps at both front and back entrances & an elevator. Entryway to the apartment has a 1 inch lip.

I am a musician with a day job, fairly relaxed and clean. I just got back to New York after two years in London. I am enthusiastic about books, music, and contemporary dance, and I enjoy relaxing in the living room with a hot cup of tea in my hand.
