Large bedroom in Lefferts Gardens

I'm looking for one roommate to share a lovely Lefferts Gardens three-bedroom (we keep one small bedroom for guests!) apartment with myself and my sweet 15-year old cat. Move-in would be December 1, and rent is $1175 plus utilities.

The available bedroom is very spacious (can easily fit a queen bed and other furniture) with hardwood floors and two windows. The bedroom does not have a closet, but the large hallway closet directly across from the bedroom would be yours. The entire apartment - apart from your bedroom - comes entirely furnished and equipped with kitchen appliances, etc.

The apartment features a living room, separate kitchen, one full bath, and one guest room. The apartment is just two blocks from Prospect Park and close to great bars, restaurants, and amenities (dry cleaner across the street, laundromat one block away, grocery stores two blocks away). We're about a 5-minute walk from the Sterling Street 2/5 and 7-minute walk from the Prospect Park B/Q/S.

I'm a 27 year-old female and have lived in Brooklyn/Prospect Lefferts Gardens for four years. I love the neighborhood and this apartment, and I'm looking for a roommate who will be respectful of our shared space. I keep a clean and quiet space, and it?s important that you be proactive about cleaning and willing to share costs for household supplies. No couples, smoking, additional pets, or overly frequent overnight guests, please. :)
