The apartment is completely furnished and has brand new furniture and decor. Great bonuses (Ninja blender, roomba vacuum, lots of closets!) It is in an elevator building which is around the corner (you don?t even have to cross the street!) from the B/Q/S trains off of the prospect park stop. In addition to the park exactly 10 seconds away, you have great supermarkets, restaurants and bars right on the corner.
Deposit varies depending on the stay length.
Additional InfoI am a director-choreographer working on and off Broadway as well as regionally. I am a professor at Hofstra university and love living across the street from Prospect Park - where I love to run and walk every morning. I enjoy yoga and all the performance offerings in NYC.
