1-Month Sublet in Prospect Park for June

Hello Potential Sub-letter,

I?m going on vacation for 1 month. I?ll be away for all of June 2020. I will be coming back July 1, 2020. I have some flexibility for moving in late May.

THIS IS JUST A ONE MONTH SUBLET. FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE.

I have a furnished 1 bedroom with closet (approx 11x14) in a nicely remodeled 2 bedroom apartment available for rent. There's a shared bath, kitchen, and living room. The room is furnished with queen bed, dresser, nightstand and desk. $1200/mo (utilities included), $600 deposit needed and $600 the day you move in. The room is completely furnished. However keep in mind all my clothes and items will be staying since I?ll be back in 1 month.

The apartment is just a couple blocks from Prospect Park. Located between B/Q and 2/5 subway lines, as well as near multiple buses. Easy commute to Manhattan, SUNY Downstate and Brooklyn College. Laundromat and grocery are just around the corner, and this neighborhood has everything you could need in walking distance.
