1 Bedroom in Prospect Lefferts Gardens 3 bdroom

June 1 move in date or possibly earlier! We are searching for a new roommate who is a mid 20s-30s female like us. The room is $825 and features a decent closet, window, room specific a/c and heat unit. It can fit a full size bed plus additional furniture. This would be a sub-lease until the end of September, with potential to renew. Myself and my other roommate are friendly wine drinkers, but also enjoy personal space. Especially being that everyone is living/working at-home 24/7, we are looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and is a good fit. The apartment building is pretty new so all the kitchen and bathroom features are new and good working order. There is also a little patio in the back as well as roof access. Sorry no cats or large dogs.
