Large room with private 1/2 bath available January 1st in extremely homey and spacious 3 Bedroom apartment. WIFI, awesome kitchen, shared living room space all included. Very laid back easy going environment. You would live with a black AMAB gay man in 30s and white AFAB Herero woman in 20s. The apartment is big enough that it feels like you have your own studio apartment. While we enjoy our private time and spend lots of time in our rooms we also enjoy drinks together or something on tv in the living room here and there.

Rent is all included for 1250. Just first month and security deposit needed for move in. Rent included all utilities and WiFI (we have Verizon Fios) as well as bi-monthly cleaning of the common spaces.

It is a 6 Floor building with elevator and laundry in basement. We are right in the middle of two train lines either the Q train @ Parkside stop or the 2/5 train @ Winthrop stop as well.

Tons of bars, restaurants, and hangouts along Flatbush Ave. Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and Brooklyn Library all within 15 minutes walking.
