Luxury 1 Bedroom Apartment - One Month Free

I am looking for someone to sublet/take over the lease in my brand new, 1 bedroom apartment in the luxury PLG building on Linden Blvd. The apartment is modern with big windows, central A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and marble backsplash. The bedroom can fit a queen sized bed and dresser. The building has a gym, indoor and outdoor pool, basketball court, kids' room, dog run, parking garage, and countless work/outdoor social spaces. The utilities are not included in the rent. December month will be free. My lease expires on December 31, 2021 and ideally would like someone to takeover for the entire duration of the lease, but am also flexible. The apartment can be left furnished or unfurnished.
