- Right by the Q train, B44 SBS, B12, 2 blocks from 2/5 train
- No laundry in building, laundromats around the corner. Long term I'd like to add a washer/dryer in the apt.
- Fire escape facing the street!
- Its just a plain old rooftop, but you can go up there!
