Large room for sublet in Prospect Lefferts Gardens

Looking for a subletter to take my room from February 15th through the remainder of the lease at the end of July. Building is a 30-second walk from the Prospect Park stop on the BQ line, and reasonable walking distance from the 2-5 Sterling Street station. Third floor apartment with elevator and laundry in the basement. Living room and kitchen are furnished.

The bedroom is unusually large, with windows on two walls and an exceptional amount of sunlight. It's furnished with a full-size bed with mattress and box spring, desk with office chair, small bookcase, clothing rack, floor lamp, and a three-drawer cart that works well as a dresser.

My roommate is a teacher at Brooklyn College and freelance musician. She does some practicing and recording in the living room but it's available to use most of the time. Heat and hot water are included in rent-- gas, electric, and internet are separate.
