APARTMENT DETAILS.....

The entire apartment was gut renovated a few years ago and is generously sized with 10’ ceilings, hard wood floors throughout, and a large living room/kitchen...very bright with lots of windows and a skylight! Ideal for someone who doesn't have a huge amount of stuff as the apartment is already fully furnished. The bedroom is not furnished, although a full size bed, desk, chair and possibly one or two smaller furniture pieces are available to use if you need them.

Located only a couple blocks from the 2/5 subway and a short walk from the B/Q trains, it's an easy commute into Manhattan. We're close to Prospect Park and within a few blocks of the apartment are lots of conveniences such as CVS/Duane Reade, various grocery stores, great cafes/restaurants, and there is also a 24 bodega, laundromat, and quaint beer garden at the same intersection as our building. Rent is $1275/month which includes rent, all utilities, internet, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper! Seeking a responsible roommate who is willing to help keep the common rooms clean, pay rent on time, and is respectful of others' space and privacy. My roommate and I get along really well and are very laid back. Sorry but no pets allowed and the bedroom is for a single occupant only...no couples.
