$,1400 Room In Lefferts Gardens, Right By The Park

Hi, everyone! I am looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom in an apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
I just submitted an application for a 2 Bed/1 Bath and the move in date is April 1st. The monthly rent is $2,800 total (so $1,400 each). There is a living room with windows, both bedrooms have windows and closets, and there is a hall closet. IN-UNIT LAUNDRY! Less than a five minute walk to the 2 and 5 trains, a little less than 3/4 of a mile from the Q, right off Nostrand. No Broker Fee. Good credit and income required. SO CLOSE TO PROSPECT PARK! About me: I am in my late 20s and work afternoons/nights as a manager so if you work more standard hours you may have the apartment to yourself quite often! However, you will be sharing it with my adorable dog, Falafel. She is medium sized (about 60 lbs), and loves to snuggle. She is a bit shy with new people, so I ask if you have a friend come over, that you introduce them properly. The most important thing I look for in a roommate:
- Someone who is not super messy/not obsessively clean; basic respect for communal spaces and cleaning up after yourself.
- Comfortable around dogs.
- Someone who doesn't bring the party home (guests totally okay though).
- The ability to communicate thoughtfully.
- Someone who wants to be friendly (I like my space, but I do like to socialize with my roommate and watch a movie once in a while or something).
