Room available with busy producer

A busy theater and film producer seeks a roommate in a lovely, quiet 2-bedroom in South Prospect Park. I keep the house quiet and zen.

I have two cats, they are fluffy and wonderful. Open to more pets if they all get along.

The spacious master bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Two closets, one with built in shelving. Fits a Queen-sized bed and dressers.

$1500 covers monthly rent, utilities, and cleaning every two weeks. Apartment has a dishwasher!

Building has a live-in super and laundry between 8am and 10pm. Elevator building.

House rules:

- No smoking of anything in the apartment (scented candles ok)
- Respect of common spaces is key
- I?m sober, same is preferred, but flexible. Party animals not a good fit.
- Very LGBTQ+ friendly space

Things to note:

- As said earlier, there are cats! They are very sweet but sometimes they meow in the mornings.
- I travel relatively often.
- We are steps from Prospect Park!
- Next to a church that worships exuberantly every Sunday and and some late nights. You get used to it.
- I prefer a ?friendly relationship with healthy boundaries? in a roommate.
