The place is directly across from the park (can see soccer fields from the windows via Caton Ave). It?s located on the second floor of a walk-upbuilding. The nearest subway stop is Church Ave of the B/Q (8-10 minute walk) But also very close to the Fort Hamilton F/G trains (12 min walk).
This midsized bedroom is 1 of 3 rooms in the apartment and is $1000 (has small closet in the room and one large closet in the living room). The room is 10x11 with a 2x3 entry at the door.
The place is recently renovated with all new appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrig, and washer/dryer unit.) Shared space: Living room, kitchen, and one bathroom.
About me: I?m a recruiter for a staffing agency in Manhattan, I work an 9-6 schedule so I?m usually gone during the day (right now I?m home due to the quarantine) I like to relax on the weekends and just hang out so I tend to watch Netflix or read. I do like going out with friends and I?m always finding new things to do in the city. I?m very neat and respectful of other people?s stuff!
About the other roommate: she works in book publishing on the marketing side. On the weekends, she?s usually out meeting friends, or going to parks. She likes: cooking, writing, anime, and books.
