I?m looking for a roommate starting immediately or July 2020. The apartment is located in south Prospect park, which means it?s only 10 min walk to the park. B, Q trains are right around the corner within a few steps, and their are tons of grocery stores around.
The ideal roommate needs to be very clean, reliable, responsible and drama-free. $1300/month Rent is due 2 days prior to beginning of the month, plus utilizes which depends on the month, approximately ~$75-100 per person, including WiFi and electricity. Toiletry is separate.

Your room is fully furnished. It comes with a full-size bed, closet, desk, chair and heat/AC unit. The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen and entertainment area, shared balcony, washer/dryer in the unit.
The building has a rooftop and small gym downstairs and cinema room.
