We are currently looking to fill a large, sunny, furnished 4th bedroom in our apartment ASAP. We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible ideally June 1st, but we are willing to discuss an earlier move in date if necessary. We are 3 males, ages 25 - 30, and are ideally looking for a young professional between the ages of 21 - 35. The $950 monthly charge includes electric, gas & internet. We are open to Month to Month rentals but would prefer a longer term commitment. The furniture in the room is included if you need it.
