We are 2 roommates(female, and male) late 20's, looking for a third person for our spacious apt.
About us: Currently, we are both working from home, but after the pandemic, we will go back to our 9-5 schedule. We are pretty quiet, most of the time we spend time in our rooms. Our 3rd roommate decided to move in with her boyfriend.
About our apt: We live 5 min walking distance to Prospect Park and less than 2 minutes to B/Q train by Church Avenue stop. We are asking total of $1800 to move in (rent + security deposit) utilities(gas, electric, water, heat, wifi) included. This is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment, and you will be sharing the bathroom with only one person.
Please note that room will come FURNISHED, and will be available by JULY 1st. If you need to move in earlier, please let me know so we can talk about what day works for everyone.
