I have an open room in my 2 bedroom, 1 bath. 14th floor, stunning park & skyline views in every room, Prospect Park adjacent. The room has a big park-facing window with lots of natural light. It fits a full size bed, dresser, and desk, and there is an additional large closet outside the room. Furnished or not, as you prefer. There's a spacious shared living/dining area. Newly renovated, A/C, new appliances, laundry in building, 24/7 doorman.

Move-in end of August/early September.

I'm a PhD student in linguistics/data science at NYU. I work a lot, entirely from home these days. However, I'm pretty tolerant, so don't let my zoom meetings and writing get in the way of your life. In fact, I'm a tolerant roommate in general! I like to cook (I'll feed you!), do yoga, and play music. I have a sweet 25lb dog named Buddy (he's a total sweetheart)! I clean up after myself and keep the common area neat.

I'm looking for a roommate who is chill, tolerant, and fun. Someone who wants to share a drink or a meal with after a long day, but will give me space when I have a paper due. LGTBQ+ friendly is a must (I'm a cis gay man!).

It's not easy to be moving or looking for a roommate during a pandemic! For everyone's safety, if you're interested I'm happy to show the apartment over zoom first.
