1 Room for rent in 3 bedroom apartment!

Hi!
I’m moving out of the apartment because I’m relocating to another borough. I need to find someone to replace me. This is a sublease so no need to sign a lease.

The current roommates are great! One of them works in the healthcare industry and is gone most of the day and the other works from home. They have an awesome cat who is sweet and friendly. The apartment is super clean and we have a cleaning lady who comes every three weeks for a small fee. All utilities are shared equally. The kitchen is fully stocked and we have a washer and dryer in unit.

The area is great! We’re steps away from Prospect Park and there are lots of shops, restaurants and stores near by. The subways is a block and a half away and it’s the B and Q line.
