Large Sunny Room in Prospect Park South

Huge unfurnished room with lots of sunlight. The room has two windows and a nice-sized closet.

Located in a five-story building on a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined block, steps away from Prospect Park. Close to the B, Q, F, and G trains (about a 30-minute ride to the city). Laundromats, supermarkets (and organic markets) are also within walking distance. About a ten-minute walk or a short bus ride to Cortelyou Road and Park Slope, where you will find more restaurants and a movie theater.

The room for rent is approximately 200 square feet with two windows. The room has hardwood floors and a spacious closet. The room is unfurnished. Utilities (Gas, Electric, and Internet) are not included in the rent but are split evenly (about $70/month, more in the summer with AC). The room will be available on the 1st of May.

I am an independent, considerate, and tidy woman in my thirties. I work outside of the apartment full time. I am looking for a responsible, kind, tidy female roommate in their late 20’s or 30’s who also works outside of the home.

I value a peaceful home and enjoy my solitude. I would like to have open, friendly, kind-spirited communication with the person I share my home with. Hoping to create a friendly, comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone in the home.

I may have an occasional guest over and will communicate that in advance and ask that you do the same. I very rarely have an overnight guest and prefer to keep it that way. As much as I love animals, I cannot accept pets into my apartment at this time.

This will be a good fit for someone who:
*Enjoys maintaining and being in a clean and neat home
*Does not WFH
*28-35 year old female, and is not a smoker, preferably leaving the party outside of the home

*No couples. No pets.*

Requirements to move in:
- 1 Month security deposit
- 1st Month rent
- Driver’s license/state ID (identification)
- Proof of income/finances to afford rent (pay stubs/W2s/Credit report)
- Sign the Roommate Agreement
- References appreciated
