Looking for a roommate immediately until the 1st of October ( move out date unless you would like to renew the lease with the other tenant ). Great location right with a 5 minute walk to the B/Q trains. The apartment is newly refurbished with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, 2 in 1 washer/dryer and new hardwood floors. The room itself has a large closet with top shelf for storage bins or suitcases and a large window that lets in great sunlight. The block is quiet and has quick access to fast food restaurants, grocery stores, and other general convenience stores. With Prospect park a 15 minute walk away this apartment is truly amazing. The tenant is quiet - extremely clean and has a hybrid work model. She does not smoke or listen to loud music and really just keeps to herself. I need to Sublease as I have personal family matters to attend to. This room can be furnished or unfurnished and can be discussed upon selection to move in.
