Room available in beautiful Prospect Park South

SUBLET: ASAP - February 1, 2024 ($1400 + utilities)

I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for the remainder of the lease in a beautiful and sunny two bedroom apartment in Prospect Park South! It's likely you'd be able to resign the lease at the end of the term.

Location: Located in Prospect Park South, less than 5 minute walk to the Church Ave B/Q! Located near several grocery stores and markets (and only a few blocks away from Target!). It's about a 10 minute walk from Prospect Park, and is only a few minutes from historic Prospect Park South, which is beautiful to walk through.

The apartment: Two bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washer and dryer (in unit). There's also a balcony which is in the back of the building so it's nice and quiet. The bedroom would be unfurnished, the shared spaces will be partially furnished/stocked, but there will likely be room if you have some furniture or kitchen equipment of your own.

The building: Finished roof deck with lounge chairs, tables, and grills. Basement gym, cinema room, and additional storage.

Ideal roommate: Woman, mid-20s/early-30s. Sadly, no pets. You need to be clean, friendly, communicative and honest. No smoking in the apartment.

I am very respectful of shared spaces and cook often. I love tv/movies, museums, reading, soccer, going for walks, Broadway shows and hanging out with my friends.
