A room reserved for washer/dryer, one bathroom, great kitchen! Closets in both bedrooms. In-floor heating, sleek in-wall AC, and each room has it's own temp control.

The neighborhood is incredible. Having hopped from neighborhood to neighborhood in this town, this one I absolutely fell in love with, because of its true small town feel brimming with down-to-earth artists and folks who feel a kinship with the area. The river is three blocks away and you really can find so much inspiration in the sea breeze! And the ferry stops here!

If you want to work on any art projects, there is a massive 4-car sized garage space below for rent as well that could work as a studio/storage.
